- Line Maintenance/Maintenance Control Center (MCC)
- MRO setup and organization (June 2006 – responsible for the 1st Canadian AMO to obtain Transport Canada SMS Certification)
- Assessment, preparation and amendments of maintenance manuals, MCM, MPM, audits and other related documents.
